Our Mission

Our Mission at Auto.Live is to provide software as a service that provides solutions to help dealership service departments better manage the service workflow while maintaining transparency with their customers. Our goal is to create the tools needed for dealership service personnel to properly record, update, verify, and manage appointments, service records, and customer records. We aim to maintain and improve clarity and transparency between the dealership and its customers through easy access to current communication methods to share messages, service images and videos.
