What is Auto.Live?

Auto.Live is the first complete vehicle service solution, available on any current internet-enabled device. You can schedule service, get real-time updates, make online payments, and gain access to 24 hour vehicle pickup at select dealerships. Communication during service is easier with direct messaging, and the ability to request time-specific call-backs from the dealership.

Will Auto.Live share user data?

No, Auto.Live will not share or sell any user data to anyone.

Where can I download the Auto.Live app?

What do I need to use Auto.Live?

Do I have to create an account to use Auto.Live?

Yes. During pilot you must have an account to access Auto.Live. New accounts can only be created through participating pilot dealerships.

How much does Auto.Live cost?

Auto.Live is free for anybody to use.

Does Auto.Live only work from a phone?

No - Auto.Live works on any device that can browse the Internet. It can be used on a computer, tablet, or Smartphone.

Who can use the FaceTime feature?

FaceTime is an Apple Inc. application, and is only supported for video calling on their devices that are attached to the FaceTime number entered in your account settings.
